As a registered surveyor with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), we submit projects in the Ejari system or Oqood system for off plan sales with final title deed registrations. These are completed in accordance with DLD Survey Manual V3/2021.
For projects in DDA & DSO zones, we can conduct the final third party GFA survey. This is required before a Building Completion Certificate (BCC) is issued. We also provide advice and measure areas for large commercial developments.
